The cafe is right on a street without a sidewalk, so the cars drove past our chairs. The waitress was a little rough and obviously not very interested in us. The food was quite good, and the value for money was right.

The Cafe am Markt in the beautiful old town of Wittlich convinces with the outstanding service! Not only the employees, but also the boss herself are totally service-oriented, friendly, courteous and you really feel very welcome as a guest in this cafe! The cakes and pies, the coffee specialties, the ice cream, and much more are of the best quality. The cafe on the market also offers a changing lunch table, there is freshly tapped Bitburger, wine and sparkling wine from the local winegrower, yes, and even "cocktails" are offered in the extensive menu and drinks menu. If you visit Wittlich, the shopping city, you should definitely plan a visit to the Cafe am Markt!
